if you are aiming at a windows o/s for your installation try this:

otherwise try this:

http://java-source.net/open-source/installer-generators

It's in the list in the second link that you posted above, but it's the last one. I haven't tried any of the others (I have enough to do without playing with different install builders and IzPack worked :) )

I have successfully buid the setup file in windows.
I hav to try in Linux.
