Can some one point me to Message Maps property sheet in VC 2008?

Hi every one,i'm following this tutorial and i can't seem to find the Message Maps property sheet in Visual Studio 2008.

In the 27nth step says : Click the Message Maps property sheet
but i don't find it in VC2008

I will appreciate if some one tells me where that option is.

Perhaps it is an option only available in the Pro version and you have the Express version?

Alas, I have VS 2008 Express only. No MFC stuff in this edition ;)...
