I am beginner in Java
we are going to develop a chat application
But I don't know how to implement the network connectivity..././../ :confused:
I googled, and I came to know something like Socket Programming....
Actually I don't know how the chat application works
I want to store the text into Database also
Can I use my web server which i bought for my brother's site as the server for the chat application
Server is Linux server and it has PHP and MySQL
Please help me on this....
