i do have a software developed in VB.Net but unfortunately I lost the code. I do have setup file of it & not the code
searching on net I got an idea of Decompiler.NET software
Pl help me how it is to be used

You can decompile a .NET assembly using .NET Reflector if it is not obfusticated.
