The code will be able to detect the face from webcame then determine weather it's in any situation relay under sad,happy ,...etc
then play music file according to the situation.

Hello every body,I'm doing Project on Face detection situation,weather if it indicate 
happy ,sad....etc situation.So the problem is there is many algorithm in such field 
in Java,C#,C++ but after the search for code in one of the previous programming 
language i faild to find one.So plz if any body can help me on that issue .Thank u
