I was wondering if anyone knew of a good text editor for python ?
I use ConTEXT a lot, it is free, relatively small, fast and reliable. It does highlight Python, and you can configure it to run your code from the editor.
Thanxs onemore time vegaseat for the help:)
There is also an improved version of IDLE called IDEstudio (the IDLE editor comes with the normal Python installation). I am just playing around with IDEstudio, you can download this Python specific editor from:http://starship.python.net/crew/mike/src/idledev/IDEStudio.html
