After having a look at a few freeware components that support drop shadows (solid colours only)

Does anyone know of a panel that supports drop shadowing that does not allow inner components when aligned to client to sit over the drop shadows ? or a way to get the panel to not let the inner components set to anything but alNone to stop overpainting the shadows ?
