write a c program that computes the grade of a student using the formula.
grade=40%major exam+30% ave of two long exams + 30%ave of 3 short quizzes..

Display the average of two long exams,average of 3 short quizzes and the grade of the student. Display also a message whether the student passed or failed passing is 75%

sample output:
Enter Major exam grade:97
Enter first long exam grade:88
Enter second long exam grade:90
Enter the first short quiz grade:85
Enter the second short quiz grade:75
Enter the third short quiz grade:82

The average of the two long exams is 88.0
The average the three short quizzes is 80.0
Student grade is 89.2
PASSED!~
