Hi,
I was hoping someone knew a good 2d graphical library for .NET that can:
-draw objects (lines, bmps, shapes etc)
-these objects can be moved around and resized
-this component allows for zooming in on objects
-the library must be open source
-I am willing to pay for it as long as it's supported
-must be coded in C#.NET
-a bonus is that the library will also be coded in Delphi.NET
