yes i want to ignore numbers. i mean count numbers of line of similar length of word in the open('test.text').read(). pls see for example below:

*world rich list despite.docx
*world rich list despite.docx
e.g. the asteriks line is counted twice

I want to be able to count in each line how many lines of similar words is found. this is what i mean by 'dispersal word of evidence'. I think such that they are partial fragment of evidence word in lines scattered all about in the (test.text) but can still be used as data facts. thanks.

I want python to read lines and then count how many lines of similar words is found line by line. this is what i mean by 'dispersal word of evidence'.
