my problem is how can i format the columns to fit the page because i have many columns and when i preview the page for printing. the page become 2 because there is one column that is excess ..

nope i exported it to excel .. when i exported it with the content of the datagridview . i have 10 ccolumns and the 10th column is the excess ..

Then you must do something with the printing area in Excel, so that al columns fit on one page, or perhaps change from printing in portrait to printing in landscape?
