Hey guys! I've created this program that allows the user to get a .txt file from anywhere in the hard drive and it displays the contents in the text area. My question is: how can I edit my code so that it only allows picture files to be selected(jpg and png) and displays the picture in the text area?

Here's my code by the way:

            // Allow only directories, or files with ".txt" extension
            return file.isDirectory() || file.getAbsolutePath().endsWith(".txt");
        }
        @Override
        public String getDescription() {
            // This description will be displayed in the dialog,
            // hard-coded = ugly, should be done via I18N
            return "Text documents (*.txt)";
