I've come across this thread while trying to embed a mp3 file in my .NET project, but am having some problem, despite how simple this tutorial is, and just about every other thread on the internet say the same thing.
After adding my file to the solution explorer, I can't find the Build Action property at all, it just doesn't exist.
Is this not supported for the Express Edition or something?
Some help here would really be appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand your question...
The project is open, I'm selecting the file inside the solution explorer.
Don't select the file.
Select the project, then look for the build command.
