Hello all.

Been away a while.
I am currently learning VB.NET 2003, but am interested in broadening my exposure to the entire VS suite of products. I have been trying to determine whether I can simply purchase a VS.NET 2003 Upgrade version, or do I have to go from scratch, and purchase the full-install version of VS.NET 2003 ?

It's probably a stupid question, but I have to ask it and hope someone can tell me so that I don't make a mistake with my costly purchase.
