If you are the programmer for your system then that means you must have some code or something for us to start with?! Also, if you really are a programmer, you would know that your question is too vague to actually put into code. What code language for that matter? Have you thought of using Excel? How about MS or My SQL? Maybe Java? Perhaps C++.
As you can see, there's many ways to go about this and expecting someone to just "sample me a code" won't get you very far. Please put some effort into this and you'll receive equal effort in return.
