I am suppose to create a POS system similar to a restaurant, milk tea shops, or coffee shops. I need to add 'Strings' in it as well. The error starts in the 12th line and it says in dev c++ that "[ERROR] 'cin' was not declared in the scope"

It looks to me that you should really be learning about debugging. Especially with c++. Most compilers stop reporting at the first error and in your code, your compiler will report a lot of errors. Especially with using namespace std; commented out. While it's good to see you trying to do without that statement, you have to remember that accessing any function or member of the std namespace, you need to preface it with std::.
