I think this is a repost problem, I answer this question already, please stick to one post only.
The problem you are facing now is because the data that are written in the cd's are in Read-Only attributes. try to look the your vb program in cd that you have copied there's a lock icon in there, ergo if you want to run your program you should copy it first to the hard drive (hard disk) or maybe in flash disk then select all the project then right-click and select properties, you can see it there that it is in Read-Only so uncheck it then run your VB it won't fail.
