Hello !!
Please, I have a question. I want to create a form in which the person who fills this form can write:
1. His/her e-mail address
2. That person has one drop menu in which there are 5 products to choose, he/she has to choose one.
3. There is a second drop menu in which he/she has to choose one of the three prices offered.
4. The person clicks the submit button and all this information travels to a MySQL Database.
I will be very grateful if you help me with this, I love this community !!
