How can i get a file from a server (any machine) using ftp in C++

i searched alot in ftp in C++ but i got a huge cpp files and header files ana i dont understand so much from there..
and my Dr tell me that i need a small piece of code to do that and its so simple..
btw i'm a beginner in C++
any help by code and comments please..
