I did an accidental overwrite of the pre-instealled Python framework in the System directory of my Mac running OSX 10.5.9.

From the official Python website:

"The Apple-provided build of Python is installed in /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework and /usr/bin/python, respectively. You should never modify or delete these, as they are Apple-controlled and are used by Apple- or third-party software."

Are things going to be broken? Which ones? How badly? Any options to fix this?

Thanks

I think I'm just not going to worry about this. I'm not sure why this would cause any problems.
