We are posting an XML file to our ftp server that updates approximately every 3 minutes. We need to post the XML file to an HTML Page and publish it so that a secondary party can pull the XML data.

Most of what I just said is Greek to me as I know so very little about this stuff but our in house developer has no idea how to do this and Im not afraid to throw up the dilemma on a forum. Can anyone help with this? I know enough to understand terminology but will be passing the info on to our developer.

It is possible on the ftp server to store the xml file
and then with a hml file to load the file in the browser
The user can then click the html page with copy | paste save the xml file
when further information
