Does anyone know if there is an internal PCI-express card on the market with SATA-connections where you could put your old 3.5'' HDDs ? There are a lot of SSDs on the market for this purpose, but I have some special needs.. :-)

I just found this website thankfully. My problem is this...when I try to power on the computer (desktop CPU), it acts like there isn't enough power to power up. Just like when a car battery is about dead. The lights in the front barely come on in the front. I checked my plug and all was good there. I unplugged the pos from the unit itself for about 5 minutes. When I plugged it back in..nothing. Then after about 10-15 min. when I would try to power it up, the lights on the fron would just barely light like before. …

I'm managing a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 for a client and after investigating some high memory usage, I discovered that the Windows Internal Database SQL instance is using over half of the server's RAM. Capping the instance's memory usage is easy, but unfortunately my user account (which is a member of domain admins as well as the WSUS administrators group, and WSUS is the reason for this instance existing) does not have permission to make any changes to the database. The built in "sa" account is disabled, with an unknown password (as windows authentication is the default anyway), …

hi, I have two class say class A and class B. Now the methods in class B are used only by class A. When I checked class B, I found that few methods are static and few methods are internal. Can you sugest me is it fine ? Or since I already have an public instance of Class B in class A so I can remove the static modifier and make it internal. Is there any performance related issues ? Thanks.

I noticed one of our clients was using an IP scheme for their internal network that wasn't one of the 3 groups of private IP addresses. They were using 200.200.200.0/24 They haven't had any problems so far, but will this cause any problems in the future?

A recent visit into Google's Webmaster Tools has brought a new section to my attention which I would imagine would be of much interest to SEOs: Internal and External links. The table of Internal links seems interesting - a listing of pages on your domain that have links pointing to them from other internal pages. But where I think this section shines is with the external links - Essentially it is a listing of pages within your domain that have links pointing TO THEM from other sites. Not only that, but it is a detailed listing of these external pages …
