Hi everyone,
This is NEW for me. I know very little about computers. I email and that is about it. I am in sales so most of my time is selling and putting together presentations for work.
My son is great with computers and he suggested to go online and find a forum to see if I could get help, the problem is , he is about 500 miles away.
Just got a 2 web cams so we could see our new grandson, only problem is, Their's works but mine does not.
We can see them but they cannot see or hear us.
Anyway I did post this info on one forum and hopefully can figure it out.
