My name is Sally, I work for a local authority in the UK as a User Support Officer.

I found this site, probably like many others of you in a quest for a solution to a problem. I have come across DaniWeb a few times in the past and found some useful tips so I thought I would join and hopefully get some help and possibly help some others.
