Hello all. Name's Grimm. I'm just a geek from Pennsylvania trying to get back into IT after being absent for several years. Proving quite a challenge.
Professionally, I was something of a tech support nut, with six years or so of help desk experience at a variety of companies. I admit to being a Microsoft brat; I cut my teeth on Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. I took one of the first rounds of Microsoft cert tests (the NT 4 set) which have all expired now of course. On a personal note, I'm married with four great kids and I'm quite passionate about writing and theater in my free time.
I'm hoping frequenting here will revive the geek in me. :cheesy:
