I can't install pygame on my system and have try through command but to no avail

Spamming in hopes of a faster reply rarely works. But without mention of what your system is, I can't start to guess as any guess would be a bad guess.

Finally, why the tags c++ and css? I didn't know pygame needed those.

Assuming Windows, have you tried opening a command shell and typing

pip install pygame

That is how most packages are installed. If this is what you tried, what was the output?

Unfortunately, installing pygame can be a complex process and can sometimes require multiple attempts to get it working correctly.
