it's like this simple for example i wan't to use cmd.exe and i will run it notepad then i will use notepad and i will put to the notepad

start cmd.exe
and i will save it to bat file
how can i will open a browser like www.daniweb.com using notepad and just click the notepad (bat file)how can i do that to open a MS WORD for example

Clearly not, because you're incapable of asking a coherent question.
So you want to use Notepad to write a batch file? Have you tried writing the batch script in Notepad, then doing Save As and saving the file as "name.bat"? The actual script doesn't change except for the name of the program you want to start and any arguments you want to pass to it.
