Let me introduce my self. I am a business development manager working with software company and working on partime MBA. We are in process of building online tutoring business and I would like to know if I can get help from any developers. It would be great if you can help to answers following quetions.

1) What kind of software do I need to start online tutoring business?
2) I would like to creat virtual class room where tutor and students can interact with each other using voIP or video conferncing software.
3) Is there any freelance developer who can help me? What would be the charge?

I think you can try moodle. www.moodle.org. You need to register a webhosting and domain
