Yes that is good. Although the other cards of the major arcana, can have numerous interpretations.

From what I've read the ones to be worried about are:

The moon
The tower
The devil
The hanged Man

Oddly enough, the death card, characterised by the grim reaper holding a sycthe, isn't bad at all. It actually represents a period of change.
