do you think this program is casuing his problems...? my uncle tries to log into his online accounts email, banks etc and it will not load for him it just keeps trying (progress bar still moves very slowly).... is there anything else I can do to make his cpu work better (besides this deletion/ removal

he has Vista thats all i know... and when i used his cpu for the few mins to run thos eprograms it had all the security for wndows and allowe dnothign to run unless u say allow.... what types of things shoul di look for when i actually get to his cpu Maybe tommorrow i can go to his house... he is very un technological so he wont know how to answer any questions thansk for all the help

If you can get on the internet, look out for any unusual toolbars or any toolbars that claim to help you search the internet, if there is any pop-ups try to remember what they advertise, that can be useful to finding out what malware might be on your uncle's computer, if any. Also you should download Spybot S&D from here,
