Go to Glocksoft.com where you will find software named "Advanced Aministrator Tools".Click this link to download an evaluation copy.You will find in the program the "Process Monitor".Check off and run.Click the netdaemon,then use the terminate button at the top of the program.

Then go to your "Start","Find" and type in netdaemon.exe.Right click to remove.

I would ask the Techies' here b4 you do this, as I tend to take risks n not always think about the consequences.
