Right now you're running hijackthis from a temporary folder; it should be run from a permanent folder (like c:\hjt\hijackthis.exe) so it can save backups in case something goes wrong.

After you move it, close all windows, scan again, and have it fix these entries:
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {FB5F1910-F110-11d2-BB9E-00C04F795683} - (no file)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Windows Messenger - {FB5F1910-F110-11d2-BB9E-00C04F795683} - (no file)

There may be more, reboot, close all windows, scan again, and post a new log.

Thank you for your advice... Here iswhat I have now.

Again thanks for your help. Can this be causing my mouse to stop working for me? As I described in my first post?

Have to let one of the pros check your log, I don't really see anything bad there.

Have you tried cleaning your mouse (remove the ball and clean it and the rollers/guides)?

just did that now... lets see what happens.

Or, try a different mouse. I've seen some funky things go on with mice. What kind of mouse do you have? If it's wireless, maybe someone near you has one, too.

Thanks I will switch my mouse. It is not wireless.
