This has been tormenting me for 3 weeks now.

A popup ad whatever came up and said I need to run my antivirus program right away because my computer had been infected with a trojan agent, it asked if they could run it. My SON clicked cancel which loaded it onto the computer. He never told me about it. The next day my DAUGHTER got onto the computer and the same thing popped up but was very aggressive and took over the page she was on. I couldn't click on my AVG, task manager, nothing so I called my computer shop and he said shut it down and bring it in. So I did. They loaded Malwarebyte's anti malware AFTER they had to take the harddrive out and hook it to another computer because it wouldn't let anything be run on it. He thought he got it off and I took it home, I hooked it back up and within a few minutes it came up again. I ran the Malware program and AVG (which didn't detect it) and malware detected this

I have at least 3 iexplore.exe processes running in my task man. One at 149,812 and the other at 5,602 and another one at 68,516. Can someone help me? Thanks

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE

* You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
* Physically disconnect from the internet.
* Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
* Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
* When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
* Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

Your HJT log looks clean. Do you have any symptoms still or is your computer now working well?

Rik from RCE,

Computer is running nice and clean. Only 2 iexplore, one running at 101,268 , the other at 56,796. Ran the Malware scan and it didn't have the one infected file come up this time. So far things are running good. Thanks for the help.

No problem at all! I am glad to be of service. :)
