Can someone please help me with the viruses I have on my comnputer. I have tried to change the permissions on them but nothing works, I cannot delete them or anything. I recently tried to download another anti-spyware and root syste, but it fro\e my computer and went to a blue screen sayign that it was dumping memory files. Please help me!!

Aswell Im also stuck in safe mode even after it asks me if i want to start windows up normally or in safe mode or safe mode with internet.

I have run Microsoft windows malicious software, and the ATF-Cleaner - deleted files. Nothing is working.
