The behavior reported by — inability to reach login pages and browsers blocked from the Internet — often indicates local redirection or network-stack tampering rather than a simple browser bug. 's advice to run a reputable antimalware scan and produce logs is the right first move. The checklist below fills gaps commonly missed during cleanup and speeds diagnosis.
Quick checks and low-risk fixes:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset Deeper diagnostics and cleanup:
Useful artifacts for further analysis: antimalware scan report, output of ipconfig /all, a copy of the hosts file, and an autoruns or startup list, plus the OS version and recent installs. If cleanup does not restore functionality, back up personal data from a clean environment and consider a clean OS reinstall or image restore while preserving logs for forensic review.
