Call me crazy but I went in and selected every thing listed in hijackthis.exe and them fixcheck it. Here is what I was left with (didn't stop the hijacker... made it worse!) the system would let go of these.

I am about to format my drive and figured what the hell... I don't recommend it!

Start hijackthis and hit the view the list of backups button. Find the backup for when you 'fixed' everything and hit the restore button. Reboot and post the unfixed log :).
