I am so grateful to you for sharing your wisdom and saving us from ourselves. I like to think of myself as a reasonably intelligent and competent person, but I am incapable of tying my own tech shoe laces!
In fact, I just tied them together with that nasty WinFix. I have printed your previous instructions and will take them on after a fortifying blast of caffeine and or chocolate. This note is just a warm up, hoping I don't need further help.
