i have tried alot alot of way to resolve the problem but none suceeded. this problem occurs after i try using 3 new hardware i bought listed down below.
1)USB CARD READER/WRITER. (no details of company and so on)
2)THUMBDRIVE MINI 2 GB (by TREK)
3)OPTICAL MOUSE model no: MX110A (by A1PRO)
all 3 hardware listed above are using USB port. so it automatic install drivers. later on i figured out that the thumbdrive seems to have a program named TD2SM login software. then i installed it. if i am not mistaken. MCAFEE pop up an PUP (possibility unwanted program) when i am installing the program. the program mainly for creating two partition which is one required password to access another is public. Later on i leave my computer online downloading anime using BITCOMET. the next morning i saw this msg shown as

after that the error keep appearing everytime i use the computer. also figured out that whenever i press ok and send or not send to microsoft. it will lost all its connection. and if only ok is clicked, i can use it a little more longer and the connection lost. the weirdest thing is the icon of connected is still there. but there is no bandwidth at all. and i can't reconnect cause i cannot disconnect the previous connection. even i right click and select disconnect it will still remain there. whatever i tried. it just won't happen to disconnected. the only solution is to restart the computer. but this would be troublesome if i need to restart every few minutes or hours. and using XPTOOL i disable the big error to force the computer keep using it ignoring the error. yet another application error appear.the error message is
the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x5b86a3c0
this getting me headache.. cause i can't find any solution for

error.
i am new here and i am seriously need this thing to be fixed. i have piles of homework and research need to be done. and i am too poor to have my pc fix at shop or using computer at cafe. forgive me if there is some post that is similar to this. i had search around couple of time but i really can't find any. if there is, i hope there is someone willing to let me know where is it.. or help me to solve this... thanks.:sad:
