first off, please excuse the lack of capital letters, and select quotations and other letters/numerals/symbols, this will be explained below.
i have used this forum before as a resource for helping a friend with his own computer problems. i am back, with an interesting problem.
when the shift key is used on this computer, it simply puts out gibberish.
i've run spybot, ad aware, and a few other progams friends have reccomended, but i've found no solution.
mbf there's any information ive left out, please let me know what i can do to better explain the situation.
you can see above instead of 'if' 'mbf' was written, this is due to my trying to use the shiften key.
this also sometimes occurs with other keys.
