whenever I try to open my McAfee taskmanager, I get a black intro screen of McAfee and then it disappears, but the task manager wont open and now my computer is very slow too! please help I'm at lost here! please:(

Start hijackthis, select Scan Only, place checkmarks against all the entries listed below that still exist, and then press Fix Checked.
