Hello,

I was hoping for some advice, and hopefully this is the correct area.

I am looking email based support ticketing software, and preferable is open source and runs on Linux or BSD system.

I have reviews a number so far, but they are all lacking an feature that our marketing team demand, which is: Support for editing and sending HTML based emails, such that they can imbedded imagines, and have pretty signatures with company logos etc. Setup and use standard company wide HTML based signatures.

The main reason I am after open source is so I can modify what ever system to integrate with our website, but if it becomes a problem then purchasing a package is possible.

Any advice is appreciate,
