well. for this part,I prefer to use [PDF document conversion in C#.NET](http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/csharp-imaging/pdf-converting/) .It provides standard options to convert other format to PDF.You may give it a try.

hi ,how about using [image save dll](http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/csharp-imaging/imaging-saving-printing/) to save image to disk,DB or any memory as you wish. It is C# sulotion ,but think is it easy to translate to VB.
