Try selecting Media Device (MTP) while keeping the phone unlocked, then test a different USB cable and port and check Windows Device Manager for an MTP or unknown-device driver issue. Reinstalling the Android USB/MTP driver may also help if Windows detects the phone but shows no folders. If you regularly …
