donniebgood here; I've tried everyone of the fixes listed here but no luck. Either the value already existed as suggested or the proper userinit.exe, was already there or cutting and pasting Quick Launch folder to desktop, rebooting and pasting folder back into Internet Explorer folder @ c;/ failed also.
