Explorer.exe keeps crashing and keeps rebooting. No viruses showing up i am completely stumped on this one. my hijack this log is attached at the bottom if u could help me rid my comp of this id be forever grateful.

Windows explorer.exe was crashing & rebooting itself. On Startup, explorer.exe would show the desktop for about 10 sec, then crash for about 10 sec, then cycle through the same for about 10 min until it just would not start up again.
