which server you chosen when you install the cf9. I think you select IIS, so you have to use this link to get your page work [url]http://localhost/timetest.cfm[/url] or [url]http://127.0.0.1/timetest.cfm[/url] make sure to put your page under the Inetpub/wwwroot/yourpage here. hope it help.
