Can anyone please help me.........I am at a loss.

I am trying to install sql 2005 server on a windows 2003 server and am getting an installation error. The error states that there was an unexpected failure during setup wizard, and to review setup log.

In the log there is reference to
Failed to find property "WatsonFailedActionErrorCode"{"SetupSTateScope","",""}in cache

No collecter registered for scope:"SetupStateScope"
Message pump returning:1602

I have got to get this installed. Does anyone know a simple fix or should I just uninstall and reinstall the entire thing.

Can the MSSMS express be used with server 2005? I am unable to install from SQL Server 2005, without an error due to the setup.rll file. Could it be because I haven't upgraded to sp2 or ???

Please help me as I have to get this up and running SOON. Thanks.
