Retrive menu and submenu names in a query

Hello to everyone.
I have this table:

I am trying to create a qyery that gives me: (subcategory id, subcategory title, category title) The categories has the parent_id = 0

For example if a users clicks under a submenu he will get a breadcrub like this one in the image.
