hi i have slight svg which has an image on it its like i want to rotate this image and i am using svgmatrix and other svg classes for this the problem here is the image takes the central point from the top-left corner of the SVG file

how can i change this central pooint

another way was to put the image at topleft coner but doing so the image does not fully appear
