import data from file .txt to table

hello,
In my project, which is about communication between server and client, we want to test the Request of the client.
All requests and answers are from the beginning saved in a file.txt
When the server is executed, we want to import these data to a table to facilitate the research of the answer to the request of the client.
I'm new in python and i search a lot but I don't have all the commands which I have to use.
